Carol Lynn Powers Rusche, 47, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at her home in Easton, PA following a long illness.
Born May 27, 1962 in Jackson, Alabama to Earl and Lucille Earnest Powers, she was a former Miss Fayette County and competed in the Miss Tennessee Pageant. She was a mental health counselor in Easton, PA.
Survivors include her mother Lucille Powers of Somerville; her son Logan Rusche and a brother Michael Powers.
