Carolyn Ann Evans Lewis was born April 19, 1947 in Memphis, TN, the daughter of the late William Olen and Pearl Opal Marie Johnson Evans. She attended Safe Harbor Church in Selmer, TN. She enjoyed shopping, butterflies, cook outs, and loved spending time with her grandkids. Miss Lewis departed this life on September 7, 2016 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 4 Months, 19 Days.
She is survived by three sons: Gary Lynn Bizzell Jr. and wife Angela of Bethel Springs, TN, Olen Ray Bizzell and wife Kerri of Selmer, TN, Darrin Craig Bizzell and wife Kim of Bethel Springs, TN; eight grandchildren: Heather Smith, Amanda Bizzell, Megan Bizzell, Katie Bizzell, Monica Bizzell, Brittany Bizzell, Faith Bizzell, and Austin Bizzell; eleven great grandchildren: Addison, Karlee, Conner, Weston, Elaina, Eadon, Avery, Cayden, Jacelyn, Raylan and Reid.
