Carolyn Faye Morgan

Carolyn Faye Morgan was born January 3, 1949 in Hornsby, TN the daughter of the late Warren Douglas (W. D.) and Gertrude Mary Moore Knight.

She was united in marriage to Dudley Morgan on May 27, 1977.

Carolyn worked for Brown Shoe Company in Selmer until the plant closed. She also worked for Hagy Foods in Shiloh for approximately 5 years, then as a CNA for a home health agency and as a cashier for Wal-Mart in Selmer before retiring. Carolyn enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She attended the Liberty church of Christ in Michie, TN.

Carolyn departed this life on March 4, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 2 Months, 1 Day. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dudley Morgan of Michie, TN; three sons: Dennis King and wife Kathy of Decaturville, TN, Derek King of Michie, TN, and Danyell Flatt and wife Jenifer of Darden, TN; four grandchildren: Damian Reeves and wife Morgan of Darden, TN, Kelley Ann Kalinowski and husband Jonathan of Wichita, KS, Tyler Morgan and fiancee Brooklyn of Shiloh, TN, and Dustin Morgan of Shiloh, TN; a great-grandchild, Wrynlee Morgan of Shiloh, TN; a special mother-in-law, Jewell Morgan of Shiloh, TN; and many extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her twin sister, Marilyn Kaye Hannah, on January 1, 2022; a special father-in-law, William Odell Morgan; and two special brothers-in-law, Willie Austin and David Morgan.
