Carolyn Ann Staggs

Carolyn Ann Brewer Staggs of Collinwood, TN died at her home on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the age of 66 years, 4 months and 4 days. She was born in Waynesboro, TN on August 9, 1949 to the late John R. (Buck) and Edna Earl Staggs Brewer. She married Tony E. Staggs on March 8, 1969 and he preceded her in death on November 1, 1985.

She was a homemaker and babysitter and is survived by sons, Keith Staggs and wife, Harmony and Jason Staggs; grandsons, Chazton and Townsend Staggs; brothers, her twin, Dan Brewer and wife, Jeanette, Ronnie (Mickie) Brewer and Paul Brewer and sisters, Kathy Skillern and husband, Terry and Lisa Wooten and companion, Charles Holley all of Collinwood, TN; nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Brewer and a sister-in-law, Margie Brewer.

Services will be Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 3 pm at Church of God of Prophecy, Collinwood, TN with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Chazton Staggs, Mason Malone, Gage Malone, Kaden Heard, Matthew Kimery and Terry Hensley. Honorary pallbearers will be Sawyer Stone, Townsend Staggs, Michael Paul Brewer and Tanner Davis.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 6:30 pm to 10 pm and Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 10 am to service time at Church of God of Prophecy, Collinwood, TN.
