Carter Cromwell

Carter Cromwellwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on November 8, 1929 the son of the late Morris Cella and Grace Eunice Spencer Cromwell.On November 5, 1949 he was united in marriage to Clyde Maxine Copeland, who preceded him in death on September 13, 2003.Mr. Cromwell was a retired Brick Mason. He was a member of the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and the Masons.Mr. Cromwell departed this life on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at the age of 82 years, 1 day.He is survived by 2 sons, Mark Cromwell and wife Tommie of Dallas, Texas, Phil Cromwell and wife Rebecca of Savannah, Tennessee; a daughter, Leigh Ann Thomas Corinth, Mississippi; 6 grandchildren, Tiffany Beckham, Adam Cromwell, Betsy Berryhill, Rachel Thomas, Ellyn Thomas, and Ann Cromwell; 5 great grandchildren, Carter Beckham, Case Beckham, Clay Beckham, Claire Beckham, and Gavin Cromwell. He is also survived by one sister, Ruth Hunnicutt of Los Angeles, California.In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Raymond, Grady, Dudley, and Glen Cromwell; 2 sisters, Maxine Williams and Jewel Conner.
