Casey Cox

Casey Mac Cox of
Henderson, TN: Casey Cox age 32 passed away April 26, 2017, near Pickwick Dam.
He was born on Shelby County and reared in Chester County, the son of Roy Mac and Judy Jones Cox. He went to school in Chester County and graduated in 2003 from the Christian Life Academy. Casey worked part time at the Chester County Nursing Home starting at age 16. When he graduated he became a full time employee working in the maintenance department. Casey loved talking to and helping the elderly as well as anyone he meet. He had a huge heart. He worked at the nursing home up until Dec. 2015. Casey loved to hunt and fish and just being outdoors. He loved going on trips with his best pal and friend, his father, to events and equipment sales. Casey never met a stranger. He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and also a member of the Henderson Elks Lodge # 2459.
Casey is survived by his mother and father, a brother Chad Cox and wife Stefanie and a niece; Presleigh Cox and two nephews; Palmer and Pryce Cox.
Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM Saturday at the Shackelford Funeral Directors- Casey Chapel with Wade Cox and Traci Mullins officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery.
The family will receive friend at Casey Chapel from 9:30 am until funeral time at 4:00 pm on Saturday.
