Mr. Fields, the son of the late James Everett and Juanita Cox Fields, died Sunday afternoon, July 8, 2012, at Quince Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis.
Survivors include a brother, James Fields and his wife, Sandra, of Covington and a sister-in-law, Kay Fields of Germantown. He was preceded in death by a brother Oliver Eugene Fields.
