CHARLES ‘CHUCK’ FLATT
Henderson, TN: Charles Allan Flatt age 70, passed away February 25, 2018 at his home.
He was born January 7, 1947 in Paragould, AR and grew up in Chester County, the son of the late Ernest Winford and Corene Laverne Park Flatt. He joined the Air Force and served in Vietnam, retiring from the Military in 1985 after twenty years, with the rank of Master Sergeant. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge (local Henderson # 485). He was married to Virginia Faye Carnell in 1994. She preceded in death in September 2016.
Mr. Flatt is survived by two daughters, Debra Warren (Chris) of Henderson and Shelly Fesmire of Henderson; three sisters, Ella Mae Gray (David), of Henderson, Pauline Crum (James) of Huntingdon and Pam Isbell (Rex) of Selmer and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Virginia Faye Carnell; a son, Mark Allan Flatt and a brother, Earl Wayne Flatt.
The family will have a private memorial service.
