Charles Ray Kelley was born September 27, 1953 in Waynesboro, TN the son of the late Hubert and Pauline Rich Kelley. He was an United States Army Veteran. Mr. Kelley departed this life on June 12, 2021 in Waterloo, AL at the age of 67 Years, 8 Months, and 16 Days. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Kelley.
He is survived by a son, Eric Kelley and wife Jennifer of Rochester, MI; a daughter, Kimberly Mifflin and husband Jack of Clinton Township, MI; three sisters, Patricia Bunkowske, Betty Kelley, and Debbie Rutallie; and seven grandchildren, Jack , Jenna, Chase, Henry, Dominic, George, and Ava.
Services will be held on June 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Iron City, TN, with Everett Rich officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
