Charles Harold (Charlie) Sheffield

Charles Harold "Charlie" Sheffield departed this life on Friday, January 27, 2017, at the age of 70 years, 5 months, and 24 days. He was born in Crump, Tennessee on August 3, 1946, the son of the late Charles Leslie and Hester Lucille Haynes Sheffield. On June 29, 1986, he was united in marriage to Christine Marie Bland, who survives.
Charlie attended the First Church of God and he loved to fish and watch TV.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Christine Sheffield of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Gracie L. Sheffield of Crump, Tennessee; and brothers, Lloyd O. Sheffield of Knoxville, Tennessee, Lee Sheffield of Selmer, Tennessee, and Wade Sheffield of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Juanita Sheffield and Edna Benson.
Services will be held on January 31, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah, Tennessee, with Rev. Ronnie White officiating. Burial will follow in the Crump Cemetery at Crump, Tennessee
