Charles Edward Taylor

Charles Edward (Sonny) Taylor was born November 10, 1940 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late William Jackie and Lonie Arlene King Taylor.Mr. Taylor was self-employed, having worked for 30 years as an electrician, and attended the Cumberland Presybterian Church.Mr. Taylor departed this life on February 6, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 2 Months, 27 Days. He is survived by two brothers, William Robert Taylor of Selmer, TN and Grady Wade Taylor of Ramer, TN; a grandchild, Christie Lynn Murphy of Selmer, TN; a step-son, Rocky McCullar of Selmer, TN; and a host of extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Lynn Murphy, and three grandchildren: Tasha Murphy, Tamala Murphy, and Kelly Glen Murphy.
