Charles Edward Young, age 76, formerly of Toone, passed from this life Friday, November 29, 2013 at his home in Millington.
Mr. Young was born October 5, 1937 to George Alvin and Sallie Lucille Walton Young in Toone, TN. He lived in Millington since 1980, served 25 years in the US Army retiring as Sergeant First Class and was a building engineer for Tennessee Technical Center. Baptist in belief, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and rescuing animals.
Survivors include his wife Li Hwa Lui Young, a son Mike K. Young of Booneville, MO; a niece Carol Wilson; and 2 great-nephews Sean and Steve Grantham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Roy Coleman Young.
