Henderson, TN: Charlie Bell Marcle Parker, age 85, passed away February 13, 2010 at the Chester County Healthcare.
She was born and reared in Chester County the daughter of the late Charlie Alexander and Nora Bell Arnold Marcle. She married Joseph C. (Sam) Parker in 1941. They spent a few years in Ohio, but most of their married life in Chester County. They lived in the Wilson School Community where Mr. Parker did carpenter work. Mr. Parker died in 1994. She had made her home at Heritage Towers for the past 13 or 14 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Lillie Bell Emerson and husband Dennis of Henderson; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph C. (Sam) Parker in 1994; a daughter, Oleane Wells in 2003; a son, Jackie Parker in 2009 and 2 brothers, Archie Marcle and Lee Marcle and 2 sisters, Pauline Hatch and Altie Rowland.
