Charlotte Ann Smith Moore

Charlotte Ann Smith Moore of Collinwood, TN was born January 13, 1961 in Florence, AL, the daughter of the late Ralph (Buck) Smith, Jr. and Penelope (Penny) Brewer Smith. Ms Moore was a beautician/hairstylist at Buck's Barber Shop in Collinwood, TN and was a member of the Collinwood Church of God in Collinwood, Tennessee. She was a precious daughter, sister, mother, nana and cha-cha and a faith-filled woman of God. She loved her job and her customers and was always diligent in caring for them. Ms Moore departed this life on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee after an extended illness at the age of 58 Years, 11 Months, 24 Days. She is survived by a son, Nick Moore and wife, Bridget of Lutts, TN; a daughter, Jobie Janes and husband, Jason of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Harbor Penelope Moore and Jaya Rose Janes and was anticipating the birth of another grandchild in the near future; two sisters, Tina Risner and husband, Tommy and Susie Smith all of Collinwood, TN; special nieces and nephews that she loved like her own, Colt (Kyla), Sadie (Daniel), Max (Maicee), Bella, Avree and Blair and the father of her children, Michael Moore. In addition to her parents, Ms Moore was preceded in death by her grandparents, John V. and Uzora Brewer and Ralph Smith and Clarice Smith McFall. Services will be January 8, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Collinwood Church of God, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Jason Janes and Nelson Moffett officiating with burial in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee, Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 10 am to service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Nick Moore, Colt Risner, Max Risner, Daniel Lard, Tommy Risner and Michael Moore. Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to the Butterfly Foundation.
