Chelsea Elizabeth Purvis Watkins was born August 24, 1993 in Memphis, TN. She was a 2011 graduate of McNairy Central High School and a homemaker. Chelsea loved singing in the McNairy Central Choir. She is survived by her children, Steven Watkins Jr. and Lilly Watkins; her mother, Daralene Fay Wilkerson Foley and husband John of Selmer, TN, her father, Wesley Hiram Lee Purvis of Memphis, TN; a sister, Desiree' Emison and husband Matthew of Jackson, TN; and a brother, William "Bill" Purvis of Memphis, TN.
Memorial Services will be held on July 15, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer, Tennessee, with Matthew Emison officiating.
