Cheryl Jane Smith

Cheryl Jane Smith was born January 10, 1965 in Selmer, TN the daughter of James Hagy Smith and the late Judith McLean Allen Smith.

Cheryl earned two degrees one in drafting and the other in Applied Sciences. She worked in Jackson and later in Memphis as a clinical laboratory technician.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee. She was a hard worker, enjoyed house cleaning, and had a natural talent for drawing.

Miss Smith departed this life on November 26, 2016 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 51 Years, 10 Months, 16 Days. She is survived by her father, Dr. James (Jim) H. Smith of Selmer, TN; a sister, Pamela Louise Markison of Milford, MI and her children, Cooper and Cameron Dayton; aunt, Martha Jane O'Neil and husband Jimmy of Memphis, TN; cousin, Rob Smith; cousin, Cindy Guthrie and her children, Van, Sarah and Rachel Guthrie; and a host of extended family and friends.
