Chester L. Kiestler

Chester L. Kiestler was born September 26, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Jesse Marvin and Anna Belle Sanders Kiestler.
He was united in marriage to Sandra Gage on August 6, 1955.
Mr. Kiestler was retired from General Electric in Selmer, Tennessee. He was a member of the Forty Forks Baptist Church in Bethel Springs, Tennessee, and enjoyed training bird dogs and quail hunting. He was a 32nd degree Mason in the Purdy Masonic Lodge #132.
Mr. Kiestler departed this life on February 1, 2010 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 4 Months, 6 Days. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra Kiestler; four sons: Randy Kiestler and wife Tonya, Steve Kiestler, Mike Kiestler and wife Kim, and Scotty Kiestler, all of Bethel Springs, TN; nine grandchildren: Kenneth and wife Bridget of Bethel Springs, TN, Christy of Columbia, TN, Jesse, Jay, Hunter, Hayden, Hannah, Lauren, and Kaila, all of Bethel Springs, TN; two great-grandchildren: Logan and Kendall, both of Bethel Springs, TN; a sister, Vester Johnson of Memphis, TN; a brother, J. E. Kiestler and wife Nancy of Ripley, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kiestler was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Kiestler; and three sisters: Ruby Fullerton, Jewell Cox, and Virgie Tomlinson.
