Chester R. Mullins

Chester R. Mullins was born July 14, 1983 in Stuart, FL the son of Annie Howard and the late Ralph Mullins. Chester was a welder and CNC operator. Some of his favorite pastimes were listening to country music, riding four-wheelers, riding horses, playing with his children, and spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Mullins departed this life on October 15, 2012 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 29 Years, 3 Months, 1 Day. He is survived by his companion of 8 years, Treycee Howel, a daughter, Caylee Mullins; two sons, Cayden ,and Caylob Mullins all of Morris Chapel, TN; a sister, Deanna Mullins of Bethel Springs, TN; three brothers, Nick Howard and wife Amy of Savannah, TN, Jeffery Howard and wife Heather of Bethel Springs TN., Jason Howard and wife Natalie of Corinth, MS; along with a host of nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends.
