CHRIS BURKEEN
Luray, TN: Chris Burkeen age 54 passed away December 6, 2015 at Henderson County Community Hospital.
He was born July 11, 1961 in Chester County, the son of the late R. B. and Marie Irvin Burkeen. He attended schools in Chester County. Chris worked in the timber business all of his life. He married Pam Ervin in 1992 and they had made their home in Luray for the past eighteen years.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Ervin of Luray and a daughter, Lisa White and husband Clint of Selmer and a son, Jeff Ervin and wife Tabitha of Savannah and four grandchildren, Hannah White, Emily White, Colton White and Peyton Ervin.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel with Randy Mead officiating and burial will follow in Sweetlips Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Chapel 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday.
