Christine Thacker

Christine Thacker was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on December 28, 1935 the daughter of the late Arthur and Jewell Fowler Morgan.On December 15, 1953 she was united in marriage to Edwin Thacker, who preceded her in death on December 5, 1985.Mrs. Thacker was a waitress for Coleman's BBQ in Corinth, Mississippi. She enjoyed her family and never met a stranger. She was a member of the Liberty Church of Christ in Michie, Tennessee.Mrs. Thacker departed this life on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the age of 75 years, 3 months, 3 days.Mrs. Thacker is survived by 6 sons, Ledford Thacker, Billy Thacker and wife Anne, Bobby Thacker and wife Angie all of Adamsville, Tennessee, Ronny Thacker of Shiloh, Tennessee, Steve Thacker of Iuka, Mississippi, Jimmy Thacker and wife Tammy of Stantonville, Tennessee; a daughter, Tammy Hennen and husband Michael of Adamsville, Tennessee; 4 brothers, Billy Joe Morgan, William Morgan and wife Jewell, Eugene Morgan, Wilford Morgan and wife Diane all of Shiloh, Tennessee; a sister, Jenny Martin and husband Lonnie of Shiloh, Tennessee; 24 grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wilbren Morgan; 2 sisters, Reba Doris Morgan and Lorine Collier; a grandson, Billy Thacker.
