Clarence Everette Hale

Pinson, TN: Clarence Everette Hale, age 89, passed away March 22, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.He was born and reared in Bemis, TN the son of the late Irving Fulton and Callie Bell Wheeler Hale. He attended school in Lester Chapel Community on Harts Bridge Road and Malesus. He was married to Dorothy Gordon in 1941. In 1940 he went to work for the Bemis Cotton Mill and retired in 1980. Mr. and Mrs. Hale lived in the Pinson area for some 60 years. He is survived by three daughters, Margo Tucker of Ellajay, GA, Reba Weatherford and Mary Abbitt (James) all of Jacks Creek, TN; two sons, Richard Hale (Dianne) and Dennis Hale (Debi) all of Jackson; 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and three sisters, Bessie Robbins of Jackson, Gladys Plodzien of Jackson and Helen Levitt of Hudson, FL.He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Gordon Hale, a daughter, Dorothy Evone Hale and a son, Everett Jr. Hale.
