Clarice Smith McFall

Clarice Smith (Mama Smith) McFall was born in Collinwood, TN, the daughter of the late Newt and Sarah Emmaline Banks Cummins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Ralph Smith and Paul McFall; son, Ralph (Buck) Smith and his late wife Penny; brothers, Lincoln , Allen, Prince, and Garland Cummins; sisters, Elise, Pearl, and Lily. Mrs. McFall died Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama. Mrs. McFall, a member of Collinwood Church of God, was formerly employed in the cafeteria at Collinwood Schools and Wayne County Hospital.



She is survived by a son, Jan G. Smith and his late wife Peggy of Corinth, MS;

a daughter, Jane Wilkerson and husband Jim of Huntsville, AL;

eight grandchildren, Terri Smith and husband Mike, Cindy Evans, Connie Hancock and husband Billy, Charlotte Moore, Tina Risner and husband Tommy, Susie Purser, Michelle Campbell, Christy Berryman and husband David; 17 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren;

a brother, Jim Cummins and a sister, Ruth Heard both of Collinwood, TN;

several nieces and nephews.



Services will be Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Collinwood with Paul O. Lombard, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in McGlamery Cemetery in Collinwood with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home.



Pallbearers are Derrick Blackwell, Tyler Sharp, Chris Hancock, Tyler Gillespie, Josh Webster, and Steve Newell
