Cloedith Rainwater

CLOEDITH MANGUM RAINWATERwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 19, 1928 the daughter of the late Clate and Nellie Lee White Mangum.On November 8, 1947 she was united in marriage to J. P. (Pete) Rainwater, who preceded his wife in death on September 17, 1991.Mrs. Rainwater was a loan clerk for Hardin County Bank. She also had worked for Brown Shoe Company for 27 years. Mrs. Rainwater was a member of East End United Methodist Church where she was a choir member. She loved to read and travel and she was a great cook. Mrs. Rainwater departed this life on August 17, 2009 at the Hardin Medical Center Health and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 29 days.She is survived by 2 sons, Kerry Rainwater of Savannah, Tennessee and David Rainwater of Adamsville, Tennessee8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildrenone sister, Joyce Thomas of Savannah, TennesseeOther than her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Mike Rainwater and 2 grandchildren
