Connie Mae Sharp Davis

CONNIE MAE SHARP DAVIS

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 12, 1946 the daughter of the late Isaac Earl and Martha Cummings Sharp.

On August 12, 1967 she was united in marriage to Troy Lee Davis, Jr., who survives.

Connie had worked as a seamstress for Savannah Manufacturing and was a former Real Estate Agent. She also had worked as a tax preparer for H & R Block and retired from Jackson Hewitt. Connie was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Bartlett, Tennessee. In her spare time she loved dancing and working in her yard and flowers, she was known for having a beautiful yard. Connie was a very loving person and a natural born leader, she had a heart of gold. She was always caring for her family, including making clothes for them cause she was a very talented seamstress.

Connie departed this life on Friday, April 24, 2020 in Bartlett, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 4 months and 12 days.

In addition to her husband of 52 years, Troy of Bartlett, Tennessee, she is survived by her sister, Bonnie Alexander of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Sharon, Randy, Donna, Barry, Lynn, "Pookie", "Skinner", Tom, Jerry, "Topper", Robby and Tera; great nieces and nephews, Lisa, Susie, Johnny, Leeann, Ashley, JoAnna, Gregory, Isaac, Tom's children, Matt, Topper's children, and Tera's children.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Tommy Steve Sharp and sister, Jo Anna Sharp.

In response to Governor Lee's Executive Order 17 which took effect at 12:01 AM March 23, 2020, there will be no public visitations or services until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
