Connie L. Smith

Connie Smith, 75, of Hickory Valley, passed away Wed., April 19, 2023.

The widow of Edward Lee Smith, who died on November 2, 2011, she was a homemaker.  She was born October 2, 1947, in Bolivar, daughter of the late Robert L. Manley and Mildred  Sweeton Manley, living in Hardeman County all of her life.  She enjoyed fishing and working in her flowers, but especially loved seeing her grandchildren.

Survivors include  her children, Norma Lynn Young of Jackson, Tim Lambert (Stacey Lyn) of Hickory Valley, Nancy L. Campbell (Doug) of Brownsville and Chuck Lambert (Tammy) of Bolivar; a brother, Robert Wayne Manley of Rogers Springs; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild.
