Corbin Lee Hollis was born April 19, 2017 in Nashville, TN and departed this life on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 1 Month, 11 Days.
Corbin is survived by parents, Adam Blake and Emily Dawn Rogers Hollis, twin brother, Hudson Blake Hollis, grandparents, William and Debbie Beckham Rogers, Terry Joe and Missy Hollis, great-grandparents, Glen Beckham and Jimmy and Virginia Creecy all of Collinwood, TN and Grace Hollis of West Point, TN.
He was the grandson of the late Arlene Creecy Hollis; great-grandson of the late Caroyln Beckham, Ronald Hollis and William Jason and Retha Rogers.
Graveside services will be Friday, June 2, 2017 at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Roger Creecy officiating.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 2:30--3:00 PM at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
