Crystal Michelle Smith

She was born in Lexington, TN and raised in Henderson, TN the daughter of Steve Wesley Smith and Sandra Kay Smith Farley. She attended Chester County Schools.She is survived by her father, Steve Wesley Smith and her mother, Sandra Kay Smith Farley and step-father, Butch Farley all of Henderson, a sister, Sherry Kay Ellis of Milan, TN and a step-brother, David Farley of Henderson and two nieces and two nephews.
