Curtis Lee Adams of Collinwood, TN was born August 19, 1961 in Florence, AL, the son of Billy Joe Adams who survives of Collinwood, TN and the late Betty Ruth Wright Adams, and grandson of the late Thomas and Beulah Adams and Elderd and Pearl Wright. Mr. Adams departed this life on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 57 years and 4 months. Curtis was presently disabled, but he had worked at Hassell and Hughes Lumber Co. in Collinwood, TN.
Other than his father he is survived by a brother, Freddy Lowell Adams of Collinwood, TN.
