Mr. Dorris passed away Friday morning at Douglas Nursing Home in Milan.
A native of Bolivar, and having lived most of his life here, he was the son of the late Curtis Eugene Dorris, Sr. and Betty Lou Doles. He was a member of Center Ridge Pentecostal Church in McNairy County and had served his country in the Tennessee National Guard and US Army. He worked for Dover Corporation for 7-8 years and also in the Car Care Center at Hardeman Farmers' Co-op.
He leaves as his survivors - one daughter, Amanda Lee of Adairville, KY; one son, Brian Dorris of Adairville, KY; his step-father, Mike Jeter of Bolivar; one sister, Cristie Daniel of Bolivar; two brothers, Tony and Kelly Jeter, both of Bolivar; two grandchildren, Hunter Anthony Dorris and Dylan Louis Lee.
