Services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Ed Franklin and Jeff Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.



Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 9, 6:00--9:00 pm and on Wednesday, October 10, 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro,TN



Cindy departed this life on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 55 Years, 7 Months, 11 Days. She was born February 27, 1957 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of Elvis and Berniece Chitwood Riley of Waynesboro, TN



Cindy was a nurse and member of the First Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.



She is survived by other than her parents; companion; William Earl Pope, of Waynesboro,TN; son, Lee Riley Williams of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Erin Lynn (Williams) Owen of Milan, TN, and Mia Tatum of Conway, AR; sister, Marilyn Riley of Watkinsville, GA;
