Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at 3:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Leo Doyle officiating. Remains were cremated with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.



Time with family will be on Sunday, September 2, from 2:00 pm until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro.



Mrs. Cynthia Ann (Cindy) Shoine Pate departed this life on Friday, August 24, 2012 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 56 Years, 2 Months, 30 Days. She was born May 25, 1956 in Jackson County County, MI the daughter of the late Thomas and Norma Bock Shoine.



She was united in marriage to Robert W. Pate on August 11, 1982.



Mrs. Pate was a homemaker .



She is survived by her husband Robert W. Pate of Waynesboro, TN; sons, Thomas Siems and wife Priscilla and Todd Siems; daughter, Tera Garrett and husband Robert of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren: Shyenne Reeves, Shane Reeves; Stetson Garrett; Hayley Siems; Hannah Rider and Olivia Clay "Lu Lu"; sister, Pam Chapman of WI
