Danny Carroll Morton age 58 passed away July 16, 2015 at the Dyersburg Hospital.
He was born July 8, 1957 in Memphis Tennessee son of Lonnie C. and Shirley Muse Morton. He attended school in Shelby County and was married to Ann Donaldson. He worked at JC Penney for a time and later worked in construction in Shelby County. They moved to Longview Texas where they lived from 1985 until returning to Tennessee in 1998. He enjoyed people and loved cars.

He is survived by his wife Ann Donaldson Morton of Tiptonville Tn. And a son Cody Morton of Tiptonville, Mother and father Shirley Muse Morton and Lonnie C. Morton of Memphis, and a brother Mike Morton and wife Mavis of Atoka Tennessee.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday July 19, 2015 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel with Randy Mead officiating and burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Chapel beginning at 12 Noon on Sunday.
