Mr. Danny Ray Thomas, age 65 of Pocahontas, departed this life
Sunday morning, August 5, 2012 at Bolivar General Hospital.
He was born in Oakland, California July 18, 1947 to the late
Talmadge Roy and Birdie Lovetta Bayliss Thomas. He lived in
Hardeman County for twenty years and worked as a roofer.
He is survived by a son, Jason Thomas of San Leandro, California;
sister, Glaydine Armstrong of Pocahontas; and two step-brothers,
Ricky Willis of Oakland, California and David Willis of Haywood,
California. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two
brothers, Bobby Thomas and Tommy Thomas; and a sister, Jimmie
Helgerson.
