Mrs. Grantham passed away Saturday morning, October 3, 2009 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The wife of Larry Grantham, Sr., who survives, she was a homemaker. She was born November 16, 1957 in Selmer, daughter of the late J. P. and Vassie Leone Butler English and lived here since 1970. Her family states that she was a loving and caring person and never met a stranger. Mrs. Grantham was a member of Michie Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, whom she married on August 12, 1973, survivors include a daughter, Andrea Grantham Thompson of Potts Camp, Mississippi; a son, Larry Grantham, Jr. of Bolivar; a sister, Rosemary English Jeter of Bolivar; three half sisters, Sue Butler Tyler of Bolivar, Becky and Jeanette; two brothers, Steve English of Michie and Tracy English of Michie; a half brother, Pete Butler of Ramer; and six grandchildren.
