Daurshie Harrison

DAURSHIE HARRISONwas born January 5, 1922, in Wayne County, Tennessee to the late Bid and Charlcie Johnson Kilburn.On April 9, 1948, she was united in marriage to Frank Walker Harrison, who preceded her in death on December 22, 2011. She and her husband lived in Dearborn, Michigan, where she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant. They later moved to Hardin County, Tennessee in 1986.Mrs. Harrison was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. She loved embroidering and going to garage sales; and she enjoyed being with people.Mrs. Harrison departed this life on April 30, 2013, in Independence, Missouri, at the age of 91 years, 3 months and 25 days.She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Fingerle of Independence, Missouri and a son, Frank Harrison, Jr. and his wife, Joni of Constatine, Michigan; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; six sisters, Lossie Nolan of South Bend, Indiana, Erline Robbins of South Bend, Indiana, Christeen Talley of Savannah, Tennessee, Verlin Kilburn of South Bend, Indiana, Laverne Morris of Lutts, Tennessee, and Peggy Lowe of South Bend, Indiana.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Foust and a brother, Bud Kilburn.
