DAVID LAMAR PALMER

was born in Germany on October 7, 1961 the son of the late James Earl and Ginger Butt Palmer.

David departed this life on June 1, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 55 years, 7 months and 25 days.

He is survived by his children, Amanda Alfaro of Savannah, Tennessee, Brittany True of Savannah, Tennessee and Michelle Black of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; eight grandchildren, Diego, Brisa, Javier, Jason, Caden, Jaxon, Audrey and Aiden; one brother, Steve Palmer of Blanding, Utah; three sisters, Jolene Palmer of Prescott Arizona, Melissa Shumway of Prescott, Arizona and Anette Shumway of Blanding, Utah.
