David White

David White was born on September 26, 1940, the son of the late Homer and Edra Venice Lane White. On October 8, 1960, he was united in marriage to Nancy Jane Bingham. David departed this life on February 4, 2017, at the age of 76 years, 4 months, and 9 days.

David was raised in the Hookers Bend Community. Before his 29 years at PCA, he was employed at Kimberly-Clark in Memphis for 7 years and Decaturville Sportswear for 2 years. David loved to fish, travel, and garden. He was a hard-worker that was devoted to his family and wanted the best for eveyone.

Along with his wife Nancy of 56 years, David is survived by his sons, Eddie White and wife Lana of Adamsville, Tennessee, Kevin White and wife Angela of Michie, Tennessee, Greg White of Savannah, Tennessee, Shawn White and wife Wanda of Savannah, Tennessee, and Seth White of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Natalie Aven and husband Bryan, Nicole Cotner and husband Wes, Casey White, Kody White, Joshua White, Kaitlyn Taylor and husband Rhea, Stephen White, Bethanie Cart and Kelsea Cart; great grandchildren, Presley Cotner, Bane Cotner, and Finn Cotner, Emma White, Kyra Sparks, and Mikaila Aven.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his infant son, Joshua White and his daughter-in-law, Patti White.
