Dawn Leona (Peanut) Whidden Hill of Cypress Inn, TN was born January 21, 1959 in Alexandria, VA, the daughter of the late Bill Loyd Whidden and Phyllis Marie Bronson Vencion. She was united in marriage to Kenneth David Hill, Sr. on January 12, 1980.
Mrs. Hill was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith and departed this life on Monday, March 30, 2020 at her home at the age of 61 Years, 2 Months, 9 Days.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth David Hill, Sr. of Cypress Inn, TN; a son, Kenneth David (Buddy) Hill, Jr. and wife, Felicia of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Shelby Dawn (Hill) Bonser of Lawrenceburg, TN, Dannielle Hill of Collinwood, TN, Garla Hill of Nashville, TN and Sarah (Hill) Brewer and husband, Randy of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Mikelynn Bonser, Charlee and McKenlee Bowen and Hadley, Wiley and Justin Brewer; mother, Edith Davis Whidden of Marianna, FL; brothers, Horace Whidden and Richard Whidden both of Savannah, TN; sisters, Della Griebel of Ft. Meyers, FL and Bobbi Blakely of Alexandria, VA.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Hill was preceded in death by brothers, Bill Whidden Jr., Andrew Whidden and Phillip Whidden and a sister, Elizabeth Downes.
At her request, her body will be cremated.
IN RESPONSE TO GOVERNOR LEE'S EXECUTIVE ORDER 17, WHICH TOOK EFFECT AT 12:01 AM MARCH 23,2020, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR SERVICES THROUGH APRIL 5,2020. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
