Debbie D. Philhart passed away at Jackson Madison Co. Hospital on February 1, 2023, from heart failure.
She was born April 20,1962, in Charleston SC, daughter of the late Raymond Skinner Sr. and Brenda Faye Smith Skinner. Mrs. Philhart was a homemaker and formerly worked at the Art Rushing Group in Memphis Tn. She loved taking care of her family and spending time with them. She was also a member of Porters Creek Baptst Church.
She married James Philhart, Jr. (JImmy) on February 28, 1986. He preceded her in death June 18, 2021. She leaves 3 sons, James Philhart III, (Jimbo) of Middleton, Jeremy Philhart (Dawn), and John Philhart, both of Nashville. She also leaves two grandchildren, James Philhart IV (JJ) and Ethan Norvell Philhart; and a brother Raymond Skinner Jr. of Olive Branch, MS.
In lieu of flowers she requested the money be given to her family to help offset expenses.
Memorial service will be held at Porters Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, February 18th, at 6:00 PM.
