Deborah Brewer

Deborah Brewer was born on August 10, 1956, the daughter of the late Jess and Lola Kilburn Long.

On August 29, 1993, she was united in marriage to Ross Brewer, who survives.

Deborah was a member of the Collinwood Church of God and the Highland Church of God. In her spare time, Deborah enjoyed shopping with her sisters and cooking for her family. Deborah's heart resided an unwavering love for God and her family.

Deborah Brewer departed this life on November 24, 2023, at the age of 67 years, 3 months, and 15 days.

She is survived by her husband, Ross Brewer; son, Jeremy McGee (Shari); daughters; Jessica Nicole McGee (Jeremy), and Kelsey May Filyaw (Nathan); brother, Frank Long; sisters, Dot Brewer, Lois Weaver (Gifford), Reba Holt (Junior), and Carolyn Berry (Frank); grandchildren, Hannah Scruggs (Ethan), Jona McGee, Aiden Russ, Jaden Russ, Aaron Filyaw, and Caroline Filyaw; and great grandchildren, Corbin Scruggs and Henry Scruggs.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Long, Floyd Long, and James Long; sister, Evelyn Gossett; and grandchild, Parker Daniel Filyaw.
