Delena Mai Baker

DELENA BAKERPinson, TN: Delena Mai Baker, age 91, passed away January 22, 2010 at Chester County Healthcare.She was born and reared in the Pinson Community, the daughter of the late Robert C. “Bob” and Sally Bain Webb. She attended schools in Pinson. She married James Edward “Ed” Baker. They made their home in Pinson all their married life. She was the manager of the cafeteria at the Pinson Elementary School for over 20 years. Mr. Baker died in 1993.She was a member of the Pinson United Methodist Church.She is survived by a son, Bobby Webb and wife Virginia of Henderson; two daughters, Sandra Pickens and husband Don of Jackson and Kriss Vaughn and husband Mike of Pinson; 5 grandchildren, Jill Faulkner, Darryn Webb, Amy McRae, Russ Pickens and Brent Vaughn and 6 great grandchildren and 3 nieces, Dorothy Gary, Jo Tabor and Jane Rowlett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward “Ed” Baker and two sisters, Lucille Patterson and Lela Murchison.
