Dennis Ray Highland was born on May 1, 1950 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late RC and Lillie Dee Benson Highland.
Mr. Highland honorably served his country for 4 years in the United States Army. He was later self employed as a carpenter.
Dennis Ray Highland departed this life on January 26, 2024 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 8 months, and 25 days.
He is survived by his son, John Dennis Highland of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Treasa Highland of Savannah, Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his siblings, JC Highland, Larry Highland, Greg Highland, David Smith, Joyce Golomski, and Sandra Kaye Perry.
