Dennis M. Mason

Dennis M. Mason departed this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at the age of 73 years, 5 months, and 26 days. He was born in Mayfield, Kentucky on November 27, 1943, the son of the late Robert and Mary Ellen Ford Mason. On June 29, 1986, he was united in marriage to Donna Kaye Frazier, who survives.

For eighteen years Mayfield, Kentucky was home. He then moved to Memphis, Tennessee where he resided for forty years. While in Memphis he worked for Schering-Plough for twenty-three years as a purchase manager and seven years as a nurse for Open Arms Care. He enjoyed playing tennis, golfing, music, and walking. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Millington, Tennessee and enjoyed church activities and mentoring to the youth in his community.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 30 years, Donna Kaye Mason of Munford, Tennessee; children, Eric Mason and wife Cathy of Bartlett, Tennessee and Lorna Burton and husband Mark of Searcy, Arkansas; grandchildren, Samuel, Katelynn, Mason, Isabella, Garrison, and Mayah; great granddaughter, Arianna; brother, Larry Mason and wife Sandy of Claremont, California.
