Mrs. Edmonds passed away Monday evening, July 26, 2010 at McNairy County HealthCare Center in Selmer.
The widow of Lee Edmonds, who died November 4, 1997 after 59 years of marriage, she was a homemaker, a production worker, and a farmer. Mrs. Edmonds was born January 5, 1920 in Hardeman County to the late Oscar Tigner and Lannie Baker Tigner and lived all of her life in Hornsby. She enjoyed gardening and working with flowers.
Survivors include two grandchildren, Keith Edmonds of Bolivar and Raymond Edmonds and wife, Lisa of Hornsby; seven great grandchildren, Brandon, Cody, Dylan, Matthew, Taylor and Lindsey Edmonds and Anna McIntyre; one great great grandchild, Katelynn Edmonds; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Raymond Edmonds.
