Diane Paulk Henry departed this life on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at the age of 65 years, 2 months, and 7 days. She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on February 21, 1951, the daughter of the late Newton C. and Vernal Mae Daniels Paulk.

Diane had worked at Hardin Medical Center for 36 years working as a ward clerk and a ER clerk. She loved to read, travel, collect tea pots, and being with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Brewer and husband, Mike of Selmer, Tennessee and Michelle Thompson and husband, Scott of Jackson, Tennessee; granddaughter, Morgan Brewer; sisters, Carolyn Wilkerson and husband, Wayne of Savannah, Tennessee and Wanda Berchem and husband, Thomas of Lexington, South Carolina.
