Diane Zarle Webb

Diane Zarle Webb departed this life on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at the age of 75 years and 10 months. She was born in Akron, Ohio on November 3, 1943, the daughter of the late Wallace Zarle and Mildred. On November 3, 1988, she was united in marriage to Charles "John" Webb, who preceded her in death on October 6, 2010.

Diane loved her numerous nieces and nephews that she helped to raise. She was known as the "Ice Cream Lady" at the Crump Flea Market, where she operated a concession stand for many years. She had also owned and opertated D&J Barbecue in Waynesboro, Tennessee. She had previously worked as a respiratory therapist at the Lewis County Hospital in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Diane enjoyed traveling the country in her earlier years with her carnival family.

She is survived by her brothers, Patrick Zarle and his wife Anne, and Michael Zarle and his wife Sheila; nieces, Dawn Morton, Kelly Armstrong, Kim Carroll, Patty Martin, Pamela Caughlin, Beth Jeter, and Janie Milender; nephews, Mark Zarle, Jacob Zarle, Jeff Zarle, Matthew Zarle, and Johnny Milender; great niece, LeAnn Gordon; and great nephew, Justin Hanna.

In addition to her parents and husband, Diane was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert "Herb" Zarle and her step mother, Rosemary Zarle.
