Donald L. Picard of Michie, TN was born September 10, 1942 in Albany, NY the son of the late Arthur Felix Picard and Jane Meredith Snare. He was a retired Construction Worker and formerly was active in the Elk and Jaycees Clubs. He moved to Michie from Florida in 1989.
Mr. Picard departed this life on May 6, 2017 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 74 Years, 7 Months, 26 Days. He is survived by his wife Joan Picard of Michie, whom he married on March 2, 1973; two daughters, Lisa Mehr and husband Chuck of Tallahassee, FL, Denise Culverhouse and husband Greg of Jacksonville, FL; a son, Michael Picard and wife Misty of Michie, TN; six grandchildren, Jason Picard, Jasmine Richardson, Jada Richardson, Jordyn Richardson, Elodie Picard, Atlas Picard; a host of extended family and friends.
There will be no public services.
