Donald Lee Stringer

Donald Lee Stringer was born July 15, 1939 in Crown Hill, West Virginia, the son of the late Maurice Leonard Stringer and Juanita Ogalala Lewis Stringer. Mr. Stringer went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 1, 2011 in Charleston, West Virginia at the age of 71 Years, 11 Months, 16 Days. Donald served his country in the U.S. Army, retired from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, and attended the Tabernacle of Praise Church in Cross Lanes, West Virginia.He is survived by his wife Rhonda K. Bowling Stringer of Saint Albans, West Virginia; two sisters, Jo Ann Slayton of St. Albans, West Virginia and Sandra Peters of Eleanor, West Virginia; nieces, Kathy, Karen, Tammy, and Lanette, two great-nephews, Christopher and Andrew, and great niece, Ashley. Graveside service will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 3:30 PM at Clifton Cemetery with Billy Wright and Tracy Love officiating. Burial will follow services with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
