Donald Ray Tate, 68, of Counce, Tennessee, died peacefully at home on Thursday, October 5, 2017. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on July 10, 1949, the son of the late Raymond and Dorothy Murchison Tate.
Donald enjoyed golfing, spending time with his family, and being on Pickwick Lake. He was a member of the local Moose Lodge, served in the Navy, and was raised in the Methodist church.
He is survived by his aunt, Shirley Murchison Horton of Bartlett, Tennessee, and four cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel James Tate.
