Services will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Green River Tabernacle ,Waynesboro, Tennessee, with , Billy Wright and Larry Janes officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Donnie departed this life on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 49 Year Old. He was born July 12, 1960 in Waynesboro, Tennessee the son of Troy Franklin Hammack of Waynesboro, TN and the late Grace Keeton Hodge.
He was united in marriage to Wileda Overton on February 15, 1985.
Donnie was a machine operator at Genesco and a member of the Green River Tabernacle in Waynesboro. Donnie was a receipent of a heart transplant over 21 years ago which gave him a long-vibrant life and he received a kidney transplant 2 years ago that was donated by Pam Melson of Waynesboro, TN. He loved hunting and coaching his children in sports.
